Ese calor, cuando es excesivo, tambi\u00e9n puede requerir energ\u00eda y agua adicionales para ser disipado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se sabe que las empaquetaduras de prensaestopas absorben hasta<strong> el 10% de la energ\u00eda total producida por el motor de una bomba, mientras que para un cierre mec\u00e1nico equilibrado<\/strong> este valor suele rondar el 1%. Pero, \u00bf<strong>es un 1% lo suficientemente bajo? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un cierre mec\u00e1nico que <strong>utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda de recubrimiento de diamante Sealtek\u00ae presenta un coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n entre 7 y 8<\/strong> veces inferior al de un cierre convencional con recubrimiento de carburo de silicio autoparado.
