SEALTEK Style 220 couplings have been designed with the goal of achieving the highest operating flexibility while still standing out for their strength, reliability, endurance and chemical resistance, thanks to its flexible membranes made of vulcanized stainless steel. They feature a lower mass and less additional load if compared with most common couplings. Its integrated design allows for a quick and very easy installation and disassembly. Its membranes can minimise the reaction forces due to misalignment, resulting in a life increase of the connected machines. The coupling does not include relative moving parts, therefore it needs no lubrication and requires no ordinary maintenance at all. For a better operational safety, the Style 220 couplings are equipped with anti-fly guard rings which prevent membrane parts from fleeing in the unlikely case of failure. The product is available either in C1045 or 5140 stainless steel.
