Sealtek offers a wide range of flexible laminated membrane couplings of different types and
dimensions; coupling types not included in this brochure can still be provided upon request.

The Style 200, 210, 220 and 230 Flexible Laminated Membrane couplings are manufactured with
the most advanced production technology, material selection and heat treatment; they can be
succesfully applied to petrochemical, power plants, metallurgic industries, paper mills and
many other kinds of factory.

All the SEALTEK couplings are manufactured in C1045 or 5140 stainless steel, and can be made
acccording to API671 standards.

FEATURES

- A wide range of possible application, especially suited for medium speeds and high power
- Easy to mount, operate and maintain. Membranes can be inspected or replaced without dismounting
or removing the coupling. This means very little downtime.
- Membranes do not depend on the spacer and can be installed in couplings of different lengths.
Therefore, a small stock of membrane units can provide spare parts for a much larger number of
couplings, resulting in a reduced warehouse encumbrance.
- SEALTEK couplings can operate at high temperatures (<300°C) and in prohibitive conditions, such
  as in corrosive environments
- Excellent bearing capacity of misalignment, can absorb and isolate vibrations, thus increasing
  connected machines' life.
- Steady transmission, noise-free, zero backlash and long operating life
- Safeguard devices allow for highly reliable operation. Anti-fly guard rings protect the spacer from
fleeing membrane fragments in the less-than-unlikely case of failure. The spacer remains integrated
in the structure and can keep up the torque transmission.
- High power/mass ratio
- Less additional load on connecting equipment
- The lack of moving parts eliminates the need for lubrication and maintenance
