ULTRASEALŽ is a new revolutionary gasketing material based on a 100% pure virgin PTFE, specially treated to produce a uniform fibrous microstructure of high volume PTFE fibers crossed in multidirectional patterns. This method of construction creates a soft and pliable yet very tough gasketing material with excellent resistance to pressure, creep relaxation, cold flow and can seal uneven or damaged surfaces. ULTRASEALŽ is manufactured in various different configurations, meets FDA requirements and is non-asbestos. Resists most chemicals (with few exceptions) and has unlimited shelf life.
